Refund policy

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and refunds are paid back through them to the original payment method, usually within five business days of approval.

When we refund

• Guarantee claims: a photo marked passing was rejected for size, framing, head position or file format. See the guarantee.
• Duplicate purchases of the same product within the licence period.
• Technical failure: the tool could not produce the files on a supported browser and we could not resolve it with you.
• Change of mind within 24 hours if no clean file was downloaded.

When we do not

• Rejections for rules the checker warned about or failed and you overrode.
• Print-quality, paper or kiosk-scaling problems.
• Purchases for documents marked "check and print only" where the rejection is about the print.
• Requests after 30 days from purchase.

Email hello@utilitybureau.org with your licence key. No form. Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply where relevant and nothing here limits them.
