Guarantee and refunds
Full refund if the issuing authority rejects a photo for size, framing, head position or file-format reasons that the checker marked as passing. It excludes rejections for reasons the checker warned about, print quality or paper, expression, lighting you overrode, and documents marked "check and print only". Email us within 30 days; no form. Guarantee · Refund policy.
Licence keys and payment
How do I get my licence key?
It is emailed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, immediately after payment. Paste it into the licence field on any tool page or on this page.
Where is the key stored?
In your browser's local storage on the device you activate it on. We have no account system and store nothing about you.
Can I use the key on another device?
Yes. Paste the key there too and re-pick the original photo; the files regenerate. We never store your photo, so keep the original.
What does the Single licence cover?
One person and one document type for 30 days, every export format and every print-sheet format, unlimited re-downloads. It binds to the first document you export; documents with the same size and head band (for example US passport and US visa) count as the same.
What does the Pass cover?
Up to 6 people and every document on the site for 7 days, with people mixed on one print sheet.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Lemon Squeezy shows AUD, USD, GBP, NZD, EUR, CAD, INR where available; the default is AUD. The price labels on this page follow your locale and you can switch them.
Is there a subscription?
No. Both products are one-off payments with a fixed period. Nothing renews.
What if the authority rejects the photo?
If the rejection is for size, framing, head position or file format and our checker marked the photo as passing, you get a full refund by email. See the guarantee page.
