How to print our sheet at Tesco
Larger Tesco stores have a photo kiosk; choose 6×4 and 'no crop / actual size'. Booth photos are an alternative where no kiosk exists.
- Make your photo in the tool and download the 6×4 print sheet (the free version is watermarked; the paid one is clean).
- Order one 6×4 print. Choose actual size or no crop; never fit-to-page.
- Cut along the thin marks. Measure one photo with a ruler: 35 mm wide means the scale was right.

Frequently asked questions
Does Tesco print passport photos on the right paper?
Tesco's photo kiosks and labs print by dye-sublimation on glossy photo paper, which meets the Australian Passport Office's 200 gsm glossy rule and every other authority's photo-paper rule.
What size print do I order?
A standard 6×4 inch (15×10 cm) print. Our sheet is laid out for that size with cut marks, and holds up to 8 35×45 mm photos.
Why must I turn off fit-to-page or auto-crop?
Kiosks default to filling the paper, which scales the sheet and makes every photo the wrong size. Choose actual size / no crop so 35 mm prints as 35 mm. Measure one photo with a ruler after printing.
How much does Tesco charge for passport photos?
£9.99–12.99 (photo booth in larger stores). A single 6×4 print of our sheet costs £0.25–0.40 per 6×4 print at the photo kiosk.
Can I print at home instead?
Only where the authority allows it (the US does; Australia does not). Use photo paper, print at 100 per cent and check the size with a ruler.
